On Tuesday evening, May 24, 2022 the Eternal Angel of Heaven descended and received into His arms our beloved son, Anthony Cornelius Cummings.
Antony was born on February 14, 1990 to Mr. Dwayne Edward and Mrs. Lori Ann Cummings.
He was educated in the Manatee County School System, attending Palmetto Elementary, Lincoln Middle and graduated from Palmetto High School.
He received his Christian values and teaching from attending St. Andrews A.M.E. Church and later he affiliated himself with River Life Church in Bradenton FL.
Anthony had a “Special Attribute” that enabled him to reach out, mingle with and minister to those that were less fortunate in the community. He was known to take his last to feed the homeless. He was recognized and affectionately referred to as “The Sandwich Man”. He never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Govan Kelly, Jr. and Mrs. Jessie B. Cummings; Uncles Dana Reynard Kelly and Jerome Kelly; Numerous others, such as great uncles, great Aunts; and cousins; they’ll certainly be his welcoming host.
He leaves behind to mourn, his loving parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dwayne Cummings, daughter, Alaya Nicole Cummings; son, Anthony Cornelius Cummings, Jr.; Sister, Jessica Nicole Upson; Uncle, Dwayne Edward Cummings; Grandfather, Albert Cummings, Sr.; nephew, Jadarien Frazier; niece, Chloe Cummings; Special aunt, Mrs. Susan Miller Kelly; Special Cousin, Mr. Marcus Lyles; Special Friends, Mr. Kelvin Calloway; Godfather, Mr. Jason Warren; Godbrother, Mr. Chauncey Sir Marcus Brewer; 3 uncles; 9 aunts; and a host of great uncles, great aunts, and cousins.
