Belinda was born on August 18, 1963 in Bradenton, Florida to Jasy Belcher and Alvoid Mays, Sr. She attended Manatee High School.

           Belinda’s Mother, Jasy Belcher; Sister, Yolanda Belcher; Brother, Everett Bell preceded her in death.  Viewing will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 6 to 8 PM at Westside funeral home 204 7th St., West Palmetto FL 34221.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020, 1:00 PM at  Bible Baptist Church 1720 6th Ave West, Palmetto FL 34221.
