Brenda Reaves

Brenda Reaves departed this life April 5, 2021.  Brenda Reaves was born on April 5, 1952 in Amerircus, GA to Willie J. Davis and Sara Carter. She moved to Florida when she was in elementary school. She attended Lincoln Memorial High School and graduated in the Class of 1970 from Manatee High School. She accepted Christ at an early age, she was a member of Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church in Bradenton, FL. She married Clarence Reaves on August 28, 1974. Brenda enjoyed shopping, thrifting, socializing with her neighbors and spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sarmanah Reaves Harrington; Siblings, Lillian “Pennie” Carter, Jeffery Gavin and Paul Carter.
She leaves loving memories to her husband, Clarence Reaves; Children, Broderick Reaves, Marcus Reaves, Eric Reaves, Sr. (Sarah); Grandchildren, Sardarius Reaves, Emmanuel Reaves, Eric Reaves, Jr., Sarah Reaves, Caleb Reaves, Joshua Reaves; Parents, Sara Carter and Willie James Davis; Siblings, Pam Davis, Plina “Clint” Davis, Jake Moss (Kathy), Subrina Newsome (Greg), Charles Gavin, Phyllis Welcome, Carl “Dickie” Hayes, Rotuna Hayes.
