Edward "E-Rock" Brown, Jr. was born January 10, 1967 to Edward L Brown, Sr. and the late Ella D. Carley. He transitioned from this life to be with the lord, Monday, May 16, 2022
Edward was a 1985 graduate of Southeast High School where he excelled in football, track and field. He served in the US Navy 4 years, after the navy he enrolled in Hutchinson Community College.
After college Edward returned back to Manatee County where he maintained employment at odd Jobs until he became disabled. Ed didn't let that stop him, he grew a profound love for his community where he helped out mentoring and coaching young men in football.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ella D. Carley.
He leaves to cherish his memories, father, Edward Lee Brown Sr., Sons, Edward Lee Brown, III, Demarcus Wallop, Derrick Delva, Emario Brown; daughter; Shanice Brown; 2 Grandchildren; Siblings; brother, Johnny Carley, Robert "Labo" Carley, Carlos Carley, Robert "Smokey" Carley, Patrick Brown, Edward Brown, Stacey Richardson; sisters; Christie Carley Green, Rhonda Davis, and Shantell Brown; Grandmother; Rosa Mae Bostic. Special Friends; Steve Ross, Bernard Holloway, Johnny Cummings, Jr. and Leroy "Red" Bellamy.
