Minnie Lee McNeal was born in Ellenton, Florida on August 13, 1944 to the late Willie and Vern Ellis McNeal. She went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
She was educated in the public schools of Manatee County, Florida. She was a retired domestic worker. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and a woman that loved the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her sons; Sylvester McNeal and Charles B. McNeal; grandson, Tearence McNeal and siblings, Cleo McNeal (AKA "Did"), Maggie Lee Lawrence, Jessie Mays, Ruth Bell McNeal, Nathaniel McNeal, Earnest McNeal, Willie McNeal, Jr., Issac McNeal and Jimmy McNeal.
She leaves to mourn her passing, three children: Daughter, Beverly McNeal Thomas; sons, Patrick (Angela) Collins, and Stanley (Vanessa) Collins; Siblings: Sisters--Iris McNeal Raymond, Willie Mae McNeal Presenidieu; and Winifred (McNeal) Douglas Freeman; Brothers-James McNeal, Cecil Yarn (McNeal) Douglas; and King Yam (McNeal) Douglas; 17 Grandchildren, a host of Great-grand Children; one Great-Great-Grandchild and one God-Daughter, Loretta McNeal; Two Sisters-In-Law, Myrtice McNeal, and Lula Mae McNeal. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other sorrowing family and friends. Visitation is 4PM-6PM Friday, May 27, 2022, at Westside Funeral Home 204 7th St W Palmetto, FL. Services are 11AM Saturday May 28, 2022, at St. Luke Primitive Baptist Church 540 12th Street Dr W Palmetto, FL. Condolence may be given at www.westsidefh.com
