The Love and Legacy of Phyllis Ann Baylor began in Rubonia, FL on September 4, 1950, where she was born to Almena Green (Baylor) and Aaron “AC” Turner – both preceded her in death along with two brothers, Samuel Baylor and Walter Turner. Phyllis Ann attended and graduated from Lincoln High School. She retired from The Veterans Administration Office, St. Petersburg, FL after 38 years of service. She worked for Tidewell Hospice, Palmetto as a Home Health Aide. Phyllis Ann accepted the Lord Jesus at an early age at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Rubonia, FL. Ann continued her service to the Lord at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, Palmetto until she was called home.She leaves to cherish her memories, One son: Marcius “Dyke” Hayes. Three sisters: Ethel Baylor, Gwendolyn Baylor and Inez Williams. Two nephews Dereck West and Chaka West and niece: Asonia Anderson, Orlando, FL. One godson: Troy Williams. One Aunt: Sarah Goff. A dear friend: Lois Richardson. To My Loving Son “DYKE” I have cherished you so much that words can’t explain; PLEASE don’t cry for me for I have cried for you many, many years with my tears.“My Babies”: Niki, Shaniqua, Chintrese, Destyni, Jared, DJ, Darius and Jordan.
