Stacy Washington

Stacy was born on June 10, 1973 to Mary Ann Murry and Willie Andrew Washington, in Bradenton, Florida.
She moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at an early age with her mother and sisters. She attended Philadelphia Public Schools. She worked at Acme Markets for one year as a cashier. She raised her family in Philadelphia, PA and moved back to Manatee County in 2008.
She was a loving mother and really enjoyed her family time together with her children. Her closes friends called her “Ma Baker” for her witty ways.
She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Tracy Ann Washington. and sons, Stephen Anthony Priester and Tracy Devon “AKA” “FLAME” Priester, Grandson, Tracy Davionna Priester, her maternal Grandparents: Margaret and Pickney Scott, Grandfather, Rev. George Epps, Paternal Grandparents, Arthur Mae and David “DJ” Washington, Aunts: Stella (Willie) Johnson and Violet (Jasper) Hardy, John Ruff.
Stacy leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories to her loved ones: Children, Andrea, Rasheeb, Samuel, Shedera and Samantha; 23 Grandchildren; Mother, Mary Ann Murray, Father, Will Andrew Washington; Siblings, Jacqueline Brown, Bradenton and Carolyn Leland, Philadelphia, PA, Angie Coleman, Killia Coley, Craig Dixon, Shetrese Washington, Courtney Scott, Sherrod Washington, April Washington, Ashley Washington, Cedric Washington, Laronda Washington; Grandmother, Dorothy Epps; Aunts, Gloria Ruff, Shirley (Elmore) Brinson, and Freda Anderson; uncles, Leroy (Joynita) Murray and Pastor David (Janice) Washington; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.  Memorial service will be held 5pm on Saturday March 26, 2022 at Westside Funeral Home 204 7th St W., Palmetto, Fla 34221.  Condolences may be given at www.Westsidefh.com
