Obituary

Theresa B Lang was born to Edward Bennett, Sr. and Rosebud Williams Bennett on December 18, 1952 in Bradenton, Florida.
Theresa attended the schools of Manatee County and graduated from Lincoln Memorial High School. She married Gregory Lane and in that union they had one son, Greg, II. She was employed by Bausch and Lomb as an Inspector for contact lenses. She enjoyed attending her church, Increasing Joy Ministries, under the leadership of Pastors William and Barbara Desue.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gregory Lang, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bennett, Sr., Sisters, Janice Challenger, Brenda Hunt; Brother, Edward Bennett, Jr.
She leaves to survive her passing, a son, Gregory Lang, II, Six grandchildren, Willie Barton, Jr., Chris Barton, Whitney Barton, Desreanna Lang, Elijah Lang, Daylin Lang; five siblings, Arthur (Barbara) Williams, Shirley (Phillip) Chapman, Patricia Lewis, Carlton (Sylvia) Bennett, Linda (Anthony) Milledge; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends.   Visitation will be held from 3-5 pm on Friday June 10, 2022 at Westside Funeral Home 204 7th St W., Palmetto, Fla 34221.
