Walter (Walt) was born to Gloria Joyce Harrington Dunbar and John Robert Battle on October 31, 1956. He was raised by his beloved grandmother Vivian Harrington, whom he lovingly called Mother. Walter attended school in Lakeland, FL at a young age. He later he moved to Palmetto, Florida. Walter (Walt) worked tirelessly as a brick mason for many years. He also worked for several years for 'Packing House' located in Palmetto, FL. Years later Walter (Walt) met and fell in love with Ms. Patricia Wilson.The two were blessed in holy matrimony on July 3, 2012.The two had 11 blissful years of marriage. Walter (Walt) was funny, a lover of western shows and loved to go fishing. Walt loved his family, and he was loved by many. Walter (Walt) was called to rest on August 16, 2023.
